We offer simple, flexible commercial lending solutions designed to support more of your self-employed clients or those looking to invest in commercial property. Whether it’s for purchasing, refinancing, cash out or debt consolidation, our Commercial Loans can be used for light industrial, retail or office property – with Alt Doc options available.
- Loans from $100K to $8M
- Terms up to 30 years
- Cash out to max LVR for any purpose+
- Interest Only up to 10 years
- No clawbacks
- No credit score, CCR or DTI requirements
- Retail shops, offices, light industrial and warehouses
- No annual review or revaluations
- Up to 6 borrowers, up to 4 loan splits, up to 4 offset accounts per loan
Self-employed
- Full Doc - 1 Year Personal Tax Return and corresponding Notice of Assessment (NOA). Trust and Company Tax Returns if applicable; OR Simplified Self-Employed - (company directors only) - 3 months payslips AND last financial year ATO income statement
- Alt Doc - 1 income doc (Accountant Letter, or last 2 BAS, or 6 months business bank statements) and Declaration of Financial Position

Prime
- Borrow up to 80% LVR
- Paid defaults up to $500 (on aggregate) considered
- Self-employed - ABN > 24 months, GST > 12 months
MA Money
Near Prime
- Borrow up to 80% LVR
- ATO and Private debt consolidation^
- Mortgage Arrears: Up to 1 month within the last 6 months
- Credit impairments and other arrears accepted (see Product Guide)
- Discharged from bankruptcy > 1 day
- Self-employed: ABN > 12 months, GST > 6 months

#Arrears is defined as any late payment or arrears on a credit account (credit card, personal loan, mortgage) where the minimum repayment has not been made within 14 days since the credit contract due date.
^ATO debt and Private Loan debt cannot be consolidated for Prime Loans.
