The required documents vary based on your situation. For most customers, this includes proof of income, payslips, bank statements, identification, and details about your financial commitments. Self-employed customers may need alternative forms of income verification, such as Notice of Assessment, an accountant’s letter, Business Activity Statements or business bank statements.
6. What fees are involved?
MA Money has no annual fees on our loans, but there are other fees such as application fees, offset account fees, valuation fees, legal fees and discharge fees. Your broker can provide a detailed breakdown based on your loan.
7. What are the interest rates for MA Money loans?
Our interest rates vary depending on the loan type and your individual circumstances, such as whether the loan is for an owner-occupied or investment property, if you’re opting for interest-only repayments, or if you’ve had issues with missed payments.
