MA Money has launched a new commercial lending promotion, waiving risk fees on eligible commercial refinance and equity release applications and reducing rates by up to 0.20% on eligible Prime Full Doc and Alt Doc Commercial Loans.
The offer comes as more investors and business owners explore opportunities in commercial property, whether to diversify their portfolios, purchase business premises, refinance existing facilities or access equity to support future growth.
Available on new applications submitted between 29 June and 31 July 2026, the promotion includes waived risk fees on eligible commercial refinance and equity release applications.
Eligible Prime Full Doc and Alt Doc Commercial Loans up to $4 million and 75% LVR will also benefit from rate reductions of up to 0.20%, with rates now starting from 7.79% p.a.
