How do I update my details?
If your details have changed simply call our friendly Customer Support Team on 1300 762 621 and we will update your details instantly.
How will I be notified of a change to my interest rate and my new repayment amount?
You will be notified via mail of any changes to your current interest rate and the new repayment amount. Notifications will be sent in advance of any changes.
I am concerned about missing an upcoming repayment. Who can I speak to?
If you are experiencing hardship or concerned about missing an upcoming payment, please email customerservice@mamoney.com.au or call 1300 762 621. Our Support Team will work with you to assist in times of hardship.
If I want to change my loan, who can a talk to?
We always encourage our customers to speak with their broker about changes to their loan. If you are unable to contact your broker and need to speak with us directly, please call 1300 762 621
Who do I contact to give feedback or make a complaint?
If you have a complaint, please contact our Complaints Officer by e-mail: complaints@mamoney.com.au. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer the complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). External dispute resolution is a free service established to provide you with an independent mechanism to resolve specific complaints.
